The Common is NW10's most exciting restaurant & bar, housed in the modern Collective Housing development. Our floor to ceiling windows and location right by the Grand Union canal offers stunning light and views from our terrace, bar & restaurant.

Our team has been running catering, events, bars and restaurants for the last 20 years around the world. Whether you want to hire the venue for a wedding, private party, team away day or conference; we have the catering, event equipment and management to deliver your successful event.

The Common is available for private hire and is the perfect setting for breakfast meetings, quiz nights, canapé and cocktail receptions right the way through to private birthdays and weddings!

We have a flexible and versatile indoor event space - 250 capacity standing and 100 seated; with the freedom to customise, we can suit your requirements & add the wow!

Outdoor capacity on our terrace is another 250 standing so we can have a summer party of around 500 capacity.

Our bar area can also be hired out for smaller groups of up to 60 people. No hire charges apply for this area just reasonable minimum spends.
